Jeebuzz Terms & Conditions — Complete Rules for Using the Platform

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the Jeebuzz platform and its services. By creating an account or using our services, you are deemed to have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

Jeebuzz is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform serving users in Bangladesh. We operate under an international licence and comply with all applicable regulatory guidelines.

These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Registered users will be notified of any changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

To register on Jeebuzz, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be 18 years of age or older.
• You must provide accurate and truthful personal information.
• Each individual may create only one account.
• Members of the same household may use separate accounts from the same device or IP address, but this must be disclosed to Jeebuzz.
• Registering using a proxy, VPN, or any other method to conceal your identity is strictly prohibited.

Account Verification (KYC)

Jeebuzz follows international KYC (Know Your Customer) standards. Within 30 days of registration, or before your first withdrawal, you may be required to submit the following documents: a copy of your National ID or passport, a selfie photo, and proof of address. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

Password & Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Use a strong password and never share it with anyone. Jeebuzz will never ask for your password via email or chat.

Jeebuzz may request government-issued ID for age verification at any time. Accounts registered with false age information will be suspended immediately, and the balance may be forfeited.

A note to parents: please monitor your children's access to your devices and internet connection. If an unintended registration occurs, notify us immediately and we will take prompt action.

The following rules apply to all deposits on Jeebuzz:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100 (one hundred taka).
• Supported payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Bank Transfer.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• You may only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

The following conditions must be met in order to withdraw winnings:

• KYC verification must be completed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500.
• The withdrawal payment method must match the deposit payment method.
• If an active bonus is in place, withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements have been met.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is BDT 1,00,000 (different limits apply for VIP members).

Withdrawal Processing Times

• BKash / Nagad: 3–5 minutes (usually instant).
• Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days.
• Large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification.

Jeebuzz offers a range of bonuses — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free bets. Each bonus has its own specific terms, but the general rules are:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses require a specified wagering multiplier (typically 5x–15x) on the deposited amount before any withdrawal can be made.
• Validity: Bonuses must generally be used within 7–30 days of being credited.
• Game Restrictions: Some games do not contribute — or contribute less — toward bonus wagering requirements.
• Minimum Odds: Sports Betting bonuses require bets to be placed at minimum odds of 1.50.
• Each member may receive any given bonus only once.
• Jeebuzz reserves the right to cancel any bonus without providing a reason.

The following rules apply to all betting on Jeebuzz at all times:

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Jeebuzz reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a system or technical error.
• Bets that have been confirmed cannot generally be changed or cancelled (except via the cash-out feature).
• If match-fixing or irregular betting patterns are detected, the relevant bets will be voided.

Match Cancellation or Postponement

• If a match is fully cancelled, all stakes will be refunded.
• If the match does not resume within 48 hours, the bet will be considered void.
• Cricket matches completed via the D/L method will be considered valid results.

Dispute Resolution

If you wish to dispute the outcome of any bet, you must notify our support team within 72 hours of the result being published. Jeebuzz's decision is final and binding.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jeebuzz. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension and full balance forfeiture:

• Creating multiple accounts or operating another person's account.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software for gaming or betting.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical glitches.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegally obtained funds.
• Abuse of the bonus system or bonus arbitrage.
• Hacking, phishing, or any other form of cybercrime.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of a match or game.

Account Closure at Member's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. Please ensure all pending withdrawals are completed before submitting your request. If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, please contact our Responsible Play View page.

Closed at Jeebuzz's discretion

Jeebuzz reserves the right to suspend or close any account found in violation of these Terms without prior notice. Any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will generally be refunded.

Jeebuzz believes gaming is entertainment, not addiction. We actively help members build healthy gaming habits.

• Deposit Limit: You can set maximum deposit limits on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
• Session Limit: You can set a limit on your continuous gaming session time.
• Cooling-Off: You may temporarily close your account for a period of 1 to 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Use this option if you wish to take a break from gaming for an extended period — from 6 months up to a permanent self-exclusion.

Jeebuzz reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified at least 7 days in advance of any significant changes.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. This agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
